Bob Yoho left us with a legacy of sponsoring students to further their education.  He was never tiring in his support of the students, whether on the CSUS campus or other campuses in the Sacramento area.  Bob nearly always paid an extra few dollars each meeting night to help offset the cost of student meals, as the chapter does not collect enough from the students to cover the cost of a dinner.  Bob was always on hand to help with any task that needed to be done.  He made numerous presentations at student meetings and organized student activities.

Bob joined the IMA in 1964, early in his career as an accountant.  Bob was named Most Valuable Member in 1968 and served as president of the chapter in 1976-77.  Bob was very active throughout his time with the IMA and made many of us aware of many of the problems facing our students.  Upon his sudden death on March 31, 1998, the chapter formed a memorial fund in his honor to continue providing needed scholarships to accounting students.

Please make your donations to the Bob Yoho Memorial Scholarship Fund.  You can bring your donation to a chapter meeting or mail to: Bob Yoho Memorial Scholarship Fund, PO Box 13072, Sacramento, CA  95813-3072.  For additional information, contact any board of director listed on the Board site.
